In addition to our highly regarded mainstream programs, Shayne Reese Swimming also incorporates vital Water Safety and Personal Aquatic Survival Skills into each of its levels. These skills are taught through various activities and make up the 7 pillars of “knowing what to do, that allows a person to survive and/or be safe in the water”.
